Franklin County Development Council Director, Paul Bean, has been trying to raise money to help pay for lodging for homeless people on very cold nights. Advent Health made a donation just last week and Franklin County has decided to make a donation. At the County Commission Meeting, Commissioner Ianne Dickinson, pushed for the donation:
The donation matched Advent Health’s donation. Hope House and the Franklin County United Way have paid over $20,000 for homeless people to stay warm at local hotels this year. You can make a donation my contacting Hope House.
