the campaign to raise money to house the homeless on cold nights might have hit a bit of a snag when it came to the Ottawa City Commission. Franklin County Development Council Executive Director, Paul Bean, appeared before the Commission to request a donation for the homeless project… but Commissioner Sara Caylor says not so fast:
Several agencies have contributed to the campaign. Bean says he hopes to raise about $10,000 for the current season.
