The Ottawa Fire Department is in need of a new fire truck, to replace Engine 3. It was placed in service 27 years ago. At first, Ottawa Fire Chief, Tim Mathias, was told it might take two full years to get a new truck; but, he found a way to get it faster. KOFO’s Jeff Brewer has more:
