A man on death row in Alabama for 30 years for a double murder he did not commit, says it was no mistake. Anthony Ray Hinton was a guest speaker for the 2022 O-Town community Read. He says when state prosecutors were confronted with their injustice, they tried to pretend it was just a mistake:
Hinton was on death row from 1985 to 2015 when he was released. He say no apologies and no compensation was ever offered to him.
