An accident in Osage County Monday afternoon put a man in the hospital. Just befor 4:00 in the afternoon, Osage County Sheriff’s Deputies, Osage County EMS and Osage County Fire Districts #2, #3 and #5 were dispatched to a single vehicle injury accident at milepost two on K-268 Highway.
A vehicle driven by 28 year old Devyn Horne, left the roadway for unknown reasons and went into an embankment. Horne was transported to a Topeka hospital with injuries not believed to be life-threatening. The cause of the accident is not known and the Osage County Sheriff’s Office reports that they are still investigating what may have caused Horne to leave the roadway.
