The cost of the Cedar Street Storm Sewer Project from 13th to 15th is proving quite a bit more expensive than first thought. The original estimate was a little over half a million dollars, but now the latest estimate is over $900,000. Casey Colburn of Bartlett and West Engineering says there are several factors that go into the extra cost:
