Some residents of Ottawa and Franklin County are upset over some recent practices of city crews taking care of cemeteries. Acting Public Works Director, Dennis Tharp, says certain objects were removed:
Tharp says they will go back and review the new ordinances governing cemeteries to have a better handle on what is proper and improper practices.
