An Ottawa general contractor is one of several candidates wanting to fill the seat vacated by former Ottawa City Commissioner Tom Weigand. The City Commission is interviewing interested parties, which includes Zachary Clayton, who owns a construction company. He told Commissioners, sidewalks need a higher priority:
