A new Work Release Program, to be run by the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office, will put some inmates to work, rather than just spending all their time in jail. Sheriff Jeff Richards, told the County Commission during a Study Session, about the new project:
The County Commission gave formal approval to the program at their Regular Meeting this morning.
