A number of people were recognized for their work on the Chamber and the Community during the Annual Ottawa Area Chamber of Commerce Banquet. Ottawa Library Director, Terry Chartier is also Chair of the Executive Chamber Board. Chartier said one’s outlook should be a constructive one:
