Every year, during the third quarter, students in Jennifer Kane’s Senior English class do what’s called a “20 Time” Project. It’s a concept 3-M and Google started with their employees where you get 20% of your time to focus on a project of your choosing. Kane explains the project:
Projects range from building a small grill you can use while out hunting, a table suspended with chains, blacksmithing, making candles and bath bombs and composting to raise worms to sell for fishing.
The projects were on display Wednesday in the OHS Commons and library
