It’s been a struggle for many areas to provide what people need to get back into the workforce after the pandemic. In Anderson County, with a population of 7,700 people, 3,300 are employed. Director of the Anderson County Economic Development Agency, Julie Turnipseed, says they are working in many different facets to create a work force development program:
