Franklin County employees will soon benefit from a new premium pay plan that is made possible with money from the Federal American Rescue Plan, which is part of COVID Relief. County Administrator, Derek Brown, says the plan has three tiers:
Brown says no employees are excluded from the plan. The plan is expected to receive fast approval from the County Commission and go into effect around mid-April.
