The City of Ottawa and the Markley Addition has completed a Development Agreement for the construction of new homes on the East edge of town, near Funston Street. During the Regular Ottawa City Commission Study Session, City Manager Richard Nienstedt and developer Shawn Markley, discussed a feature of the Development Agreement:
The Markley Addition will feature three single family homes and five townhomes that will contain 10 units for purchase.
