One town in Franklin County seems especially interested in the new Demolition Assistance Program, in which the County allows a certain amount of free duping for a town that is demolishing run-down homes. Franklin County Public Works Director David Lee, says Rantoul seems really enthusiastic:
The program was set up to help in the demolition of blighted housing in the various towns in Franklin County.
