The annual “Smoke in the Spring” BBQ event in Osage City, will take place tomorrow and Saturday at Jones Park in Osage City. It is one of the largest BBQ Society sanctioned events and has become known as the “Little Royal”. Tomorrow is the very popular “Taste of Osage City” sale of products by the teams involved. Organizer, Corey Linton, says if you’re hungry and want to taste some incredible BBQ, tomorrow evening is the time to be there:
BBQ Bucks can be purchased on site, or at Osage City Hall. In total 102 teams from 11 states will be competing in the contest. Judging starts Saturday.
