The new Ottawa City Commissioner, Zach Clayton, was sworn in this past week, appointed to fill the term of Tom Weigand, who resigned in February. As he steps in, a number of issues face the City. Housing, the homeless, utilities and Proximity Park. Clayton says he is a big proponent of the ‘shovel ready’ industrial park and believes that work force issues are what’s stopping companies from coming here:
