At the Legislative Coffee, held Saturday at City Hall, the question of cutting taxes came up and Senator Caryn Tyson jumped at the chance to answer the question. She has been a proponent of cutting taxes to Kansans ever since se was elected over a decade ago. She says two Bills before the legislature will make a difference. One of those is Senate Bill 2297 and she talks of one other that will make a difference:
