Some big news for Ottawa. The City’s application for a Grant under the Building a Stronger Economy Program, also known as the BASE Program, has been approved. State Representative Blaine Finch says it means some big projects:
Finch says there was a lot of competition and Ottawa is quite fortunate to have been accepted for the Grant Program.
