The West Franklin School District may investigate having on-site Day Care as a way to help employees who have children in need of child care. School Superintendent, Jerry Turner, says other school districts are already doing day care:
Some school staff say they feel certain that if the District would’ve had Day Care before, they might have been able to either hire or keep staff that otherwise had to go elsewhere because of their child care situation.
