Governor Laura Kelly threw up a roadblock to Amazon’s request for legal authority to operate fully electric, autonomous delivery devices in Kansas and she also moved to ban… a ban. Britt Zweygardt has more:
Kelly also vetoed a bill that would have prevented action by cities or counties to ban stores from using plastic packaging. That bill also didn’t receive two-thirds majorities in the House and Senate, indicating a Veto override was unlikely.
