The USDA released its Supply and Demand Forecast for the upcoming year for wheat, corn and soybeans. According to Gary Crawford, the U. S. Exports for those grains could be much lower due to higher prices and the forecast reflects some effects of the Ukraine situation. The overall wheat trade forecast was down three million tons.
he average price for corn was also raised 15 cents at $5.80 a bushel; over a dollar more than last year. For soybeans, they added 25 million bushels to U. S. Exports, with prices up almost $2.50 over last year.
