Gerrymandering… or the reshuffling of Legislative Districts… is underway in Kansas and all over the Nation. Franklin County Commission Chair, Roy Dunn reported on an update from State Representative Blaine Finch, concerning the controversy over changing legislative boundaries:
In a surprise ruling, the Kansas Supreme Court ruled the new Republican drawn Legislative map is constitutional under the State Constitution.
