We all enjoy grilling out, pretty much any time of the year; but, with great weather expected over the Memorial Day Weekend, there is going to be a lot of grilling going on. Sometimes we forget about the need to be safe. USDA’s Gary Crawford tells us the three most important things to remember when we are grilling food:
Wash hands before starting, after touching any raw meat and in between putting the meat on the grill and taking it off.
