The City of Ottawa is processing a $5 million Grant in Federal Funds under what is called a Base Grant. Ottawa Finance Director, Melanie Landis, says using the Grant is not a simple process:
Part of the Grant is expected to go toward building a new Wastewater Lift Station for the north industrial park.
