An Ottawa man who has worked all his life to fight poverty, now has a book out to tell about it. Former ECKAN Executive Director, Richard Jackson, was at a signing ceremony for his new book, entitled “Ward of the Court”. Jackson says he’s thought about a book for a long time:
Jackson says he may write a second book to cover some issues that didn’t get addressed in the first one.
