Fire crews from several area fire agencies responded to a report of a structure fire at 4834 Vermont Road yesterday morning, Thursday, June 9, 2022, about 9:30. A fire was discovered at the residence by a neighbor. First responders, on scene, reported the fire was in the roof line along the back patio. Fortunately, the fire was contained to the back patio are and was quickly extinguished before it was able to cause significant damage.
It was determined, the fire was caused by an electrical issue. There was no damage estimate released and no one was injured in the incident.
