The City of Ottawa has had a look at the next budget for the Emergency Dispatch Center. The Budget is flat, except for an increase of over a $100,000 for personnel costs. Franklin County Clerk, Janet Paddock, told the Ottawa City Commission that if the budget comes under what is projected, the City will be due some money back:
In other news, the City Commission received an update from a Vvye representative on the ongoing broadband update project. Commissioners were told that a shortage of workers is delaying completion of the project and causing some service interruptions. The project is now slated to be complete the end of June.
