Franklin County will soon gain a designation that could prove valuable for high schoolers. Franklin County Development Council Executive Director, Paul Bean, gave some details to the County Commission:
Bean says the program may also provide some funding for businesses starting up or wanting to expand. Bean also says the County can sell tax credits under the program.
