The Franklin County Health Department is considering setting up a nurse practitioner to better serve clients. Assistant Health Director, Pam Harris, says part of the reason for the Health Department Practitioner is some patients don’t like their current doctor.
Health Department officials say having their own nurse practitioner would also bring in more revenue.
