The man suspected of the armed robbery of Silver Creek Pharmacy in La Cygne has made his first appearance in court. Robert Woody was arrested in Pleasantan on June 22nd, after law enforcement agencies from across the county worked together to track him down.
Woody is charged with aggravated robbery armed with a dangerous weapon, burglary, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and criminal in possession of a firearm. Woody’s bond was set at $500,000. Judge Andrea Purvis appointed Attorney Craig Cole to represent Woody. His next court appearance is scheduled for Friday morning, July 1st, at 11:30.
