The Franklin County Commission is reviewing budgets requested by the various departments of the County. Sheriff Jeff Richards says, like a lot of other things, items in his department are going up and that includes the cost of some things you may not normally expect:
Richards says his budget is unpredictable because one or two big incidents can be costly for his officers to investigate and solve.
