Have you noticed an increase in the skunks running around town lately? Me too! Three of them on my porch the other morning as I was attempting to leave. If you are out at night or in the early morning hours, you are bound to see a few roaming around. My fear, just like most, is getting the the wrong end of the tail sticking up!! Many have also had their pets, particularly dogs, sprayed; because, dogs just can’t seem to leave them alone until it’s too late.

The old wives tale is to use tomato juice or ketchup. Lee says he wouldn’t recommend it.
