Ottawa City Commissioners had a few questions about the new proposed housing addition on the north side of town. It’s being called the Evan Woods Subdivision. Community Development Director, Michael Hall, spoke about it:
The City and County continue to look for ways to entice developers to come to Ottawa to build new homes of all types, both single family and multi-family units.
