If you’ve driven in the parking lot near the Orscheln store, you know there are places that flood during heavy rains and it has the attention of some prominent people. During the Ottawa Planning Commission Study Session, Commission Member, Dr. Reggies Wenyika, had a complaint:
City officials say whether the City can do anything about the flooding on private property depends on where the right-of-way is. Additional discussions are expected with the private business to see if there is a solution the the recurring flooding problem.
