The upcoming Primary Election in Kansas also contains a very important Constitutional Amendment that will decide the fate of how abortion is handled in the State. Danielle Underwood, spokesperson for the “Value Them Both” Coalition, says the Amendment has exceptions on abortion in the most dire cases and says the Amendments wording is Abortion Neutral:
