With the heat wave we have been having the last several weeks, changing the filter on your air conditioner is crucial in saving money. Confused on what filter you should use? Here’s a tip from the Kansas City Board of Utilities:
Make sure you buy the right size filter. It is printed on the filter you have now. You’ll be surprised how much more air is flowing through your vents and how much money you can save by having a fresh filter. It’s a ways away, but the same thing applies in the winter with your furnace.
