When it comes to student discipline in the classroom, things sure have changed. Ottawa School Superintendent, Dr. Ryan Cobbs, says parents of yesteryear are not the parents of today:
Cobbs says some students don’t even know how to behave and they have to be taught proper behavior patterns before they can get along in middle and high school.
