You’ve heard a lot about properties being added to the Neighborhood Revitalization Plan; but, do you really know what it is and what it does? There are a lot of programs to attract business and industry to the community, but there isn’t really any incentives for homeowners to make improvements to their property. That’s when the Neighborhood Revitalization Program steps in. Ottawa City Manager, Richard Nienstedt:
He adds that the hope is that the remodeling and upgrades to one property will lead others to do the same, improving the entire neighborhood.
