The City of Ottawa is looking to replace an ultraviolet water disinfection system……..Utilities Director Dennis Tharp set out the situation for the Ottawa City Commission:
Tharp says the current system is about 20 years old and the over half million dollar cost for a new system will be paid by Federal funds that were appropriated as part of COVID pandemic relief.
