APPANOOSE – The second of three public meetings on a proposed capital outlay property tax levy for West Franklin Unified School District 287 will be 7 tonight at Appanoose School. The third meeting will be 7 p.m. May 4 at Williamsburg School. The school board adopted the tax last week and the levy would be used to repair school buildings and buy new equipment.
