WASHINGTON — A Senate committee approved Kansas Democrat Kathleen Sebelius as secretary of Health and Human Services Tuesday. The vote sends her name to the full Senate for a final vote, where she faces opposition from conservative Republicans for her stand on abortion and campaign contributions from a Kansas abortion doctor.
