POMONA — A 37-year-old Pomona man was cited for leaving the scene of an accident Sunday afternoon. The Franklin County Sheriff’s office said Chris Witham was trying to pass Nancy Enquist, Pomona, in the 3800 block of Indiana Road but struck her vehicle in the side and knocked it into the ditch. The sheriff’s office says he left the scene. Enquist was injured and taken to Ransom Memorial Hospital. Officers found Witham later.
