Richmond KS — Funeral services are set for Monday, May 4th at 10:30 AM for a former Central Heights teacher, principal, and superintendent. Leo Eugene “Bud” Laird died on Wednesday, April 29th. Funeral services will be at the Saint Boniface Catholic Church in Scipio…burial will follow in the St. Boniface Cemetary at Scipio.
