WILLIAMSBURG — The final public information meeting on the West Franklin school district’s proposed capital outlay mill levy will be 7 p.m. today at the Williamsburg Elementary School. The school board proposed levying an annual tax levy for a period not to exceed five years in an amount not to exceed four mills upon taxable tangible property. A four-mill levy would bring in about $153,000 annually and would be used to make various repairs to buildings and equipment which the district cannot afford right now.
