OTTAWA — County commissioners will interview two finalists for the county appraiser’s job May 20. The county received about 15 applicants to succeed appraiser Steve Brown, who is retiring, commissioner chairman Ed Taylor said. Taylor said a committee narrowed the list to the two finalists. Commissioners should pick the new
appraiser by the end of this month, he said.
