GARNETT — Two banks owned by the same company will merge this summer.
Citizens State Bank of Ottawa and Pomona will become the Garnett State Savings Bank.
Both banks are owned by Goppert Financial Services, Kansas City. Mike Skidmore will remain in charge of the Ottawa and Pomona banks and Loran Wilson will remain president of the Garnett State Savings Bank.
