OTTAWA — Pedestrians walked to the front of the line in the city’s new transportation master plan approved Wednesday by the Ottawa City Commissioners. Mayor Blake Jorgensen said the plan pays the usual attention to city streets but there’s more concern with sidewalks and connection walk-ways with the Prairie Spirit Trail and with schools.
