OSAWATOMIE — Sherman “Wes” Cole, Osawatomie, has been re-appointed by Gov. Mark Parkinson as chair of the Governor’s Mental Health Planning Council. The council helps the state in receiving and spending federal mental health block grant funds. The council also represents Kansans who need mental health services.
