OTTAWA — One case of the H1N1 swine flu has been confirmed in Douglas County. The Kansas Department of Health and Environment said the case involves an adult.That case and a case in Morton County brings the number of confirmed cases in Kansas to 89. No cases have been confirmed in Franklin County.
